Alastair Mortensen: Barrister & Solicitor
Alastair joined the firm in 2017 after returning to New Zealand after three years living and working in the UK.
Alastair graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Economics) in 2011.
After admittance to the bar, Alastair worked in a managerial role and as in-house Council within the construction industry. During his time in the UK he worked for a west-London main contractor.
Alastair’s experience within property is impressive. He has worked on both sides of the industry and brings this unique skill set to Henley-Smith Law.
While specialising in property law, Alastair also works in relationship property matters and trusts.
Alastair is a local to the area and a keen member of Titirangi Golf Club.
